I have worked with companies, owners, boards and leadership teams in Finland and internationally, with experience across the Nordics, Central Europe and China.
My experience spans growth and internationalisation, strategy and transformation, leadership and organisational development, strategic sustainability and board work.
I have also served in roles supporting Finnish companies in international markets and worked closely with owners and boards in different stages of business development and change.
